I'm really proud of myself so far with my game. I love the conditions, the events, the cutscenes, and my loop events. i've even manage to create a system where area's will only unlock if a condition is met, whatever that condition is. My issue is the bed though   I want my character to take a nap and wake up to the phone ringing (yes i changed it from the letter. I felt the event happen to fast and didn't develop the story) but i'm trying to make it mandatory that it only happens once and unless the phone switch is off, my character cannot go back to bed. i also do not want my character to sleep and the phone rings every time she wakes up so if the phone switch is off, she can sleep like any normal sleep event. I do not want it to "heal" her because there are no boss battles. It's a mystery problem solve kinda game. she won't be losing any health. but my event only makes her sleep, wake up, and the phone doesn't ring. I tried fixing it and now it won't even activate!   I have no idea what to do anymore.
