Bug Explanation:


This bug occurs after executing the event command called 'Show Scrolling Text...'. It didn't draw anything on the screen and the player is also stop while executing that event command (It is working fine in RMMV 1.2.0, but it is not working in RMMV 1.3.1)

Exact Steps on How to Replicate Bug:


1) Create a new project.


2) Create a character event on the map.
3) In this event, Add an event command called 'Show Scrolling Text...'.


4) Enter the text in text box and click OK.
5) Try running the game and the event.
