Summary
The game I'm working on follows four parties on parallel quests (I used HimeWorks Party Manager to create and manage the parties). When a new game is started, a cutscene will establish these parties and then you choose which one to start off with. For the start of the game, loading a save game, and switching parties in-game, I want this screen to fade on, grabbing level info and current map info to display for each party. You can then select which party to play, with an outline like the one around the fire party.
This screen is a WIP, but the general concept will stay the same. Four buttons with party info on them. I've got the party switching common events ready to go, I just need to know how to create a custom menu screen, how to call the custom menu when a save game is loaded and before play starts, and how to create a custom menu choice (alongside item, skill, formation, etc.) that will call it.
If necessary, I can ditch the level and map info bits and just use static images for each button.
NOTE: This is not a question about the Party Manager plugin, I don't need help with that. I just included it as a reference.
