Summary
I was avoiding to update my RPG MAKER cuz i didn't wanted to break my project and then after a long period and seeing that the plugins that i needed were updated... Anyway, it started after i decided to move from 1.2 to 1.3.1 and If the plugins.js has no plugin listed it will open, if i change my plugin list in the RPG MAKER it will be fine till i close and save. If you remove the plugins from the list using a text editor it will not open as...

If you remove the plugins from the list using a text editor it will not open as well.
I've tried it with a new project and the same happened.
