Summary
So, Mr Optimistic here can't seem to find the topic that covered this... well, at least, I think I saw a topic on it... anyways... I want to generate an item that, upon use, the character levels up. No other effects, just levels up as if [the character] had accumulated the EXP required to level up. My common event does this to a point, but it keeps applying the effect to the entire party, but selecting anything else will only level up the character selected. In addition, I keep getting...

I want to generate an item that, upon use, the character levels up. No other effects, just levels up as if [the character] had accumulated the EXP required to level up. My common event does this to a point, but it keeps applying the effect to the entire party, but selecting anything else will only level up the character selected.
In addition, I keep getting an item window appear after I've used the item, telling me how many of the item I have left, rather than heading straight to the level up notification. See the third image for this.
