Summary
So I have RPG Maker MV on steam. I'm trying to make my own sprites for the npc characters but how do I add them to the games database? Ive tried using the image by itself with a $ sign at the beginning of the name (what I learned from past versions of the maker) but that didn't work.

so then I tried to just replace one of the actors in the image itself
Both methods arent working ... any ideas?
