Event Page Confusion

Summary
The Event Pages are confusing the pixelated heck out of me. I have a quest in which the player goes into a cave, and checks 5 boxes for a quest item. It's random each time, hence the 5 boxes instead of one. However, I want to do a thing where, once you hand in that quest, you have to go BACK into the cave and check the boxes again for another item for another person. The Event Pages are confusing the pixelated heck out of me.
I have a quest in which the player goes into a cave, and checks 5 boxes for a quest item. It's random each time, hence the 5 boxes instead of one.
However, I want to do a thing where, once you hand in that quest, you have to go BACK into the cave and check the boxes again for another item for another person. (Sounds tedious, but I wrote a plausible reason as to why).
Thing is though, once you collect the first item, the box events stop working.
Box events might be wrong, they're box tiles with blank events. Anyway....
I was under the illusion that event pages were cycled through automatically until it found a page that met the conditions (if any were set). So I have the Boxtile/Boxevents set like this:

This is probably such an easy fix, but it's bugged me for a few days, and I've been putting it off to work on other maps and stuff, but I think it's time I caved and requested some assistance.
You can't get the Amulet Quest until you hand in the Musket Quest, so the Musket switch gets turned off, and the Amulet switch gets turned on. But the boxes refuse to play ball.
Please, help me Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope (to retain my sanity)...
