Summary

Hopefully this question isn't too confusing as I kinda struggle asking questions like this. Basically, when I'm designing a map, I like to make it to where the camera is pretty much always centered on the player. The only exception to this is when the player is about to leave or enter a new map. In order to do this I need to add 8 tiles on the Right and left side of the map and 6 Tiles on the top and bottom. ( An Example is shown spoiler below). Basically, when I'm designing a map, I like to make it to where the camera is pretty much always centered on the player. The only exception to this is when the player is about to leave or enter a new map. In order to do this I need to add 8 tiles on the Right and left side of the map and 6 Tiles on the top and bottom. ( An Example is shown spoiler below).
My question is; how would I prevent the player from entering the areas that would uncenter the camera and make it look natural? For example, lets say I were building a map based off a Meadow, What could I do to restrict the players from entering those areas?
