Summary

So I am in the middle of trying to make a quest so that after the main character buys his first sword from a shop the transaction is done and it causes the mayor of the town to come in and tell the shop owner that a monster has come. and from there the adventurer is to be asked to fight the monster. from there the mayor runs back out and the player is supposed to go out there and fight the monster. with the shop owner right behind him....

So while making this I got the mayor panicking sequence to work once but now whenever I test it and the player goes into the shop he just stops and doent do anything. I took screenshots of the sequencing and i is shown below. can someone please point out where I went wrong?
