Cannot change any default images

Summary
Hello, I am new to RPG Maker MV. When I am trying to change default images, for example my actors, when I click on the image to change it doesn't give me any options to change it. It just brings up the box that says 'Select an Image' but underneath it says (None) I have attached a picture of the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. {
