Hello. New user here. So, I have been using rpg maker for a couple weeks without problems. However, for reasons I will not go into, I had to perform a factory reset on my laptop. No problem. So after that, I reinstall rpg maker mv and everything seems fine. Except, now when I try to start a play test, the game window opens, but an error window comes up saying "game.exe has stopped working" it gives me no options. I don't know what to do. Hello. New user here.


So, I have been using rpg maker for a couple weeks without problems. However, for reasons I will not go into, I had to perform a factory reset on my laptop. No problem. I run windows 7 and have installed all updates.


My video driver is up to date.


java is installed and updated
