Summary

Hi there. I have a skill that doesn't seem to want to work properly the animation fires ok and the action sequence is fine. But it doesn't restore any Mana. I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out why. I have determined that the issue isn't with the plugin notetags. As the skill also fails to restore mana without them.
