Summary
Ok basically there is a green fence I have drawn in MV that WILL NOT appear in game no matter what I do. I have screenshots to show you what I mean. I would appreciate if anyone knew what was happening. This is my first game and I am learning rpgmaker as I go. I have managed to solve a lot of my own problems but this will WILL not be solved XD. At least I can't find what's going on. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell...

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me why this is happening. I could block it off with something else. But it would look far less natural.
