Um, I'm sorry if I'm posting this where I'm not supposed to, this is my first time creating a topic, but here's the deal:


I've been making my first game for like 3-4 months now and, when I started it, I had absolutely no idea how to use switches (nor how to do anything in general bc I was learning while making the game, really) so, instead of using switches to make progress with the events, I used items and conditional branches. Thing is, I created certain items for the sole purpose of making the game work as I wanted it to- they're not required in the game or anything. Now that I completed almost half of the game I learned how to use switches, but there is so much progress and it would be a lot of trouble to go back and change items for switches, so I was wondering if there's some kind of script or anything I can do at all to prevent these items from appearing in the items list? I've already left their names blank, set them as key items and used a script by DerTraveler to hide item quantities, so really, if I just leave the items it won't be so bad but I still wanted to try to do something to take them out of the list. When I open it, it looks like the picture I attached. Thanks in advance for your time reading this!
