Problem with Lighting

Summary

I've finished one important map and I've had problems with this particular lighting. I've had no problem with lamps, but for this particular map, the MC is supposed to have some limited light view and the place is supposed to be dark, with light on certain areas. With GIMP, the first problem was easily solved, but regarding the second, the light also moves when I move the plaer character, when it's supposed to stay in place. I've finished one important map and I've had problems with this particular lighting. (Also, attaching an image from Shuutai Headless, so you could have an idea of what I'm talking about....I don't need light lamps, though, just for the light to stay there.)

EDIT: To be honest, the first thing I tried to use was Khas's light script, but it doesn't have what I want for now...
