Summary

So, I have an event where Blaine tells Jack what he needs to do. I uploaded the game so you guys can help me work through this. Unfortunately, I don't know what I did wrong. I don't have any autorun events, and I don't think I need anything else done. I just don't understand this program sometimes. Also, I'd like the event to continue playing the map's music after the event is over. How would I make that happen? I accidentally put this on the wrong page. So I apologize...

So, I have an event where Blaine tells Jack what he needs to do. I uploaded the game so you guys can help me work through this. Unfortunately, I don't know what I did wrong. I don't have any autorun events, and I don't think I need anything else done. I just don't understand this program sometimes. Also, I'd like the event to continue playing the map's music after the event is over. How would I make that happen?

This is the map in general. The event is located in the double-wide doorway. The event activates when the player steps onto it.Protected download

This is the end of the event. Here, I create the switch "Blaine Leaves" so that if the player saves, the event won't keep running if they touch it again.Protected download


This actor is in the event, but if the player saves, she's still there.Protected download


So I made a second page that reacts to this switch made. 


Unfortunately, when the event is over, the map BGM doesn't play again. I don't know what to do with that.
