Import files ( DLC ) need some help!

when i import some files from dlcs, they dont come complet, just some peaces are import on the painel, i just add the files and add some colision and when i will pick to put in the map they are incomplet... someone know how resolve this problem? EX: { "lightbox_close": "Close",
