Confused by parrallax size.

Summary

Ive got a 3264x 3264 parallax map for my level. I understand that RPG maker uses a 48pixel grid so level is 68 by 68 because48 goes into 3264 68 times. Also the screen is 1780x720  if that may be a factor... Basically, below is the whole parallax map with all its 3264X3264 glory however when the game is played all that the player is able to explore is the area inside of the black boarders. Im Kind of confused as to whats going on. Is there a limit to...
