So, I'm using a bunch of Yanfly's plug-in, including his CTB battle system and Extra/Special Param Formulae. I don't know if this is a fault of the battle system or what it is, but I don't know how to fix it. Could I get some help? What I want is for every time it's a character's action, they regen 10% MP and 10% TP (with bonuses from stats which usually equates out to an additional 3-4% between the two at level 99). They're only regenerating the base 10% TP when their turn ends, rather than the 11-14% they should be, and they're also regenerating 10% TP whenever they attack, which I DON'T want because I'm using the TP mechanic like an Energy resource.
Also, making things more confusing, NEGATIVE MP regeneration works, but not negative TP regeneration or positive MP regeneration. Does anyone know how to fix this? If it helps, here's my list of plug-ins.

EDIT: If this belongs in another forum, I apologize. I didn't know which one to put it in because I don't know if it's a plug-in that's causing my problems, or if it's just base-program.
