So, I'm using an SV battle sprite that is considerably bigger than what is generally used in MV, so while it does work, it causes a rather curious problem in which it completely blocks the main character.

do you see the other character behind the blue character? barely. you can only see his leg.


Is there a way to change the order/positioning of characters in the SV battle screen? If the two characters could just switch places that would solve literally all of the problems with it. The other battle sprite is the default size, and thus much smaller, so if it were in front, we could see both characters 100% clearly.


Unfortunately, I cannot just reorder the party. The character in the back is the main character, and the plot forbids me from removing him from that role. There is also the chance the blue character can die, removing him from your party forever.


Yanfly's Battle Engine also did not help me, since it caused the sprites I moved to be very blurry.


Is there a way where I could -without re-arranging the party- move the main character to be in front of the blue character?
