Summary
OK I can't figure out for the life of me why my skills can't be used. Attached is a screenshot of my list of scripts, actor sheet, class sheet, a skill, the item for learning it, and a battle capture. Originally I had the ClassSkill in only the actor category but added it to classes as well to try and fix. The fact I am able to learn the skill, and see it in menus, but am unable to access it when in battle seems to indicate a problem with...
