Summary

Hi, For some reason, all of my A1-5 tiles are registering as "passable," even when I "x" them out.  Tilesets B-E respond appropriately when I change their passable settings, but for some reason my A1-5 tiles aren't responding to the changes.  I'm using the POP! Horror City tilesets, if that means anything. Here's an example below (that building is supposedly set to "x"): {
