Summary

Hi there, weirdest thing; Any time i create a new physical attack skill, there is a yellow "Charge-up" field that occurs around character before they use the skill. I've checked the system settings and only "magic" is enabled for chanting, in fact I've even tried deleting all chant skill options completely with no luck. I've attached a screenshot of the new skill I'm trying to create. It's just a basic "Claw" skill which shouldn't have a charge-up or chant. Hi there, weirdest thing;
