Hello! I am a beginner in using RPG Maker VX Ace, and have encountered a problem while mapping.

Here's what the problem is. The brown tiles on top of the walls are supposed to be impassable.
When I go up the stairs and transfer into another map, nothing's wrong so far. But when I transfer back to this map and walk upwards, I end up walking onto the brown tiles, even though I've set them to X instead of O. In addition to this, the upper left tile in Tileset B is already a star.
I've already checked the posts where other people have asked similar questions like this, but I can't seem to find a solution.
