Summary

I'd gotten the free version of RPG Maker VX Ace in order to play a game. I've extracted the folder onto my desktop, so I now have the folder RPG100 on my desktop, with the files inside, I have ran the setup.exe and it didn't work, it had said (image attached) I've reinstalled the RPG Maker VX Ace around 3 times, placed it onto my desktop and have extracted the actual files themselves on to my desktop, but have all resulted with the same thing.
