Summary

So, I've been having an odd problem. When in battle (front view), every monster gets a little red vertical line above their sprite. Regardless of the creature, and I even tested using some of MV's stock creatures, I get this little anomaly. Really weird stuff; there certainly isn't a little red line in the source image. I tried a variety of battlebacks too, and the problem isn't there either. Has anybody else run into this problem, and have any idea of how to fix it? I'm attaching a sample images;...
