Normally in RPG Maker MV, item colors are pretty bland:
 
Even if you try to use RPG maker text color codes, it still doesn't register:
 

But, there is a solution, using my plugin. kranasAngel Item Colors, allows you to assign text colors to any item you want!

Now, it registers the color.

It works with equipment too!

 
Usage

The plugin is simple to use, just add the notetag<itemColor:x>  where X is the text color code, for a list of rpg maker text color codes, check bellow.
