Any idea what's going?

UPDATE:

So, it only seems to be happening on one map. There are no auto-run or parallel events running on it. It's a 46 by 24 sized map. I went and saved on the world map, which is 80x80+ and the world map saves just fine. This is happening even with all plug-ins turned off. I have not touched any of the default JS files either, so I wouldn't even be able to guess what the cause of it is.
