Summary

Hi all, this is my first time trying to get a tile set created, so i got afew items, 1 floor tile, and some pillars, flags etc in 1 tile sheet. i put in under slot B. however if i want to place a tile over the current tile, it will create a white space as show in the photo. it is fine if separated. what am i doing wrong, and what should i do?
