Summary
Apparently this isn't a script call problem so I was told to start a new topic. Does anyone have experience with Yanfly's Equip Engine? https://github.com/Archeia/YEARepo/blob/master/Gameplay/Ace_Equip_Engine.rb My problem is it looks like it is supposed to be able to change the usable equipment in your inventory and it does do that to a point. Yanfly's text says that the Actor's Equipment will take priority over Class and Default. Class Equipment takes priority over only Default. My problem is it looks like it is supposed to be able to change the usable equipment in your inventory and it does do that to a point. Yanfly's text says that the Actor's Equipment will take priority over Class and Default. Class Equipment takes priority over only Default. I placed the proper info in the Class notetags and it seems to work to an extent.
The Default list shows as:
Weapon
Shield
Headgear
Bodygear
Accessory.
I added Cloak, Necklace, Boots, Hands and Belt slot, and added another Accessory slot so 11 in total. Also I renamed the Headgear and Bodygear simply as Head and Body.
I only have 10 slots in total. They come out looking like this:
Weapon
Shield
Headgear (instead of Head)
Bodygear (instead of Body)
Accessory (instead of Belt)
Hands
Boots
Cloak
Accessory
Accessory
Necklace is completely missing. I have a Belt in my inventory, but since it reads as Accessory in slot 4, I can't equip the Belt. I even tried moving the info from Class Notetags to Actor Notetags and it doesn't make a difference.
Any help would be appreciated, Thank you!
