Hello everyone, I'm fairly new to the forum although I'm using RPGMaker since Don Miguel's translation of RM2000.

I'd like to post a bug report I came across this morning: When using multiple monitor in extend desktop mode and RPGMaker MV is in the secondary monitor then all tooltips shows in the right position in term of (X,Y) coordinates but on the wrong monitor.

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start RPGMaker MV and put its window in the secondary monitor

2) Put mouse on an element that has tooltip associated with it

3) Note that tooltip shows in primary monitor instead

Reproducibility: Always
