Summary

I really like the design of this character and I want to put her in my game, but I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about the thing she is wearing in her hair. If it is a cultural reference or a reference to a character from another game I would like to know before throwing her in there. { "lightbox_close": "Close", "lightbox_next": "Next",
