Summary

Looked all over online, but found alot of people recommending script. Since MV uses plug-ins and java script now, there has to be an easier way to do this using a Parallel Process and a photo. However, I can't find a way to loop the image over and over to give the illusion of constant moving clouds above. If anyone knows a way to do this, or if there is a plug in, please let me know.
