I have been making liberal use of the 'Show Picture' Command in order to create some interesting animated effects, such as the one below:

However, I've descovered that whenever a dialogue box is open, the animation will freeze, which kind of ruins the effect.

Is there a way to keep parallel proccesses from pausing during dialogue?

Here is an example of one of the parallel proccesses I have been using.
