i'm having this problem and when i went to troubleshoot i noticed it said its incompatible ??

which is incorrect because my spec's are more then enough for it to be compatible.

specs are in third picture.
graphic driver's & drivers upgraded

running windows 7

specs are in picture.

i tired looking for a debug log as well in the folder but no use, there isn't one posted.
