Okay so my issues is that I'm using a custom animation I'll post the image here for reference:

As you can see, I've put two sets of image sequences in one animation set to make sure I have them all in one set instead of making two separate images.
The problem is this, I'm using two images in one frame and for some ungodly unknown freaking reason, the game is OBSESSED with making sure the cannon is layer over top the pink pony when its supposed to be THE EXACT OPPOSITE.
I don't get why its doing this. It'll layer the exact same cannon image under the first one just fine but under the pink mare..NOPE!
