Summary
After some experimenting with some plug-ins I think a request for a custom one may be the route to take for Battle Windows related stuff. This may be a tall order but here goes. I am using Yanfly's Battle Engine Core and Battle System-STB plug-ins so this would have to be compatible with them

After some experimenting with some plug-ins I think a request for a custom one may be the route to take
for Battle Windows related stuff.

Example 1 portion of above image:
for the Actor's status I would really like to keep the layout for the Hp, Mp, Tp, and Status icons that is shown
I would like the party command window positioned somewhere in the general areas like how it is in the image
The Actor Command Window (gray lined box) I thought that it would look decent over the actor face like it shows
but not as a solid window, if you see the guard action at the top of the image I would like to have the look of the
semi-transparent bar that shows behind it (whatever you would call that) in a darker hue,
but have the face graphic still somewhat visible behind it, not enough to impede the words in any way.
And the actor commands will appear like so over each actor upon their turns.
As for the Skill/Special/Item Windows they will show in the same way as the Actor Command window in the same position.
The blue lined box is for the Help window that displays information about skills and items and will only show in that spot
during the actor's turn. actions being taken and the like will still show at the top.
Hard to show in a mock up, But I was also wanting to have enemy attacks and skill animations that are being used to be shown on
the target actor face graphic and the number damage to display in the lower right of the face graphic.
also when damage or a status is inflicted it should be updated as it happens.
Note: actor command/skill/ item windows aren't shown during actor/enemy selection.
Example 2:
this is to show actor/enemy selection for skills and items, instead of a selection window have
it be a visual selection, and have the names of enemies shown during selecting a target.
In this second image I made a mock up of how the actor positions would be shown depending on how many members are in the party
and to help figure out window placements etc.
