I'm still very new and am still just playing around with the basics of RPG Maker VX Ace. To gain some experience at drawing maps I'm just trying to do some simple recreations modeled after the sample maps that come with the program. My problem is that when I'm creating a map for the exterior of a castle I run into a problem with the tile I'm using leaving a border around everthing. The border doesn't cover everything in the sample map but when I create a map it borders ever other tile. I can't figure out how to change this.
I posted a picture of the the sample map of the castle exterior and my own recreation to show the difference and to show you exactly what I'm talking about.
Any healp would be appreciated.
