Summary
Main Plugins used: Yanfly's Core Engine Yanfly's Battle Engine Core Yanfly's Action Sequences 1-3
Archived First Post
Main Plugins used:
Yanfly's Core Engine
Yanfly's Battle Engine Core
Yanfly's Action Sequences 1-3
Yanfly's ATB System
Moghunter's Battle Commands
Moghunter's Battle HUD
Conflicting plugins:
Moghunter's Battle HUD and Yanfly's ATB System~
Explanation:
Speed makes skill cast faster or slower.
However, speed is bugged with HUD on.
So I set Spark's speed to 500 and does this:
Harold already casted spark but the ATB Meter isn't fully charged yet.
I hope that is enough for the explanation.
Request:
If someone could make a patch for this plugin, specifically Mog's HUD's bug on speed calculation, please make one for me. I really want to fix it but I have little to no knowledge in javascript. Thanks in advance~!

Conflicting plugins:
Moghunter's Battle HUD and Yanfly's ATB System~
Explanation:
This is the notetag for "Attack" in skills tab, it should increase the ATB charge when i attack.
However, when I use Mog's Battle HUD, the ATB Notetags seem to lost its function, I don't know why.
Notetag created by Yanfly's ATB Plugin
This is the normal attack skill's notetag. I also tested other tags such as <ATB Speed: x> and Lunatic mode too (if you are familiar with Yanfly's plugins).
EDIT: I misunderstood this notetag, this does increase ATB Charge for the TARGET not the USER. Is there any way to increase ATB Charge for the USER while casting a skill, I've looked in the help file but i can only see targets affected by it.
Other mistake:
Spoiler
When in battle:
The ATB Bar is the red on the right
In this battle, Harold is casting Spark with no notetags //
Therese and Marsha here should attack instantly because of the skill Notetag, but the <ATB Charge: +10000> didn't worked.
