where you limit the movement of each unit by a spefic amount for each turn. and if you move a charater they cant be moved or attack till next move. if you move all charater or decide to end your turn it will be your oppents turn, i feel like this is possible with RPG maker with the 48x48 tile sets but im not sure how to do it is there a plugin or should i move this to a gamepley discussion?
