Summary

It is seen in the youtube mobile demo here . as you can see the enemies get bigger and smaller, uniformely scaled (with different frequencies). there were also scripts for vx ace where the standard effect was sine scaling along the vertical axis. it had more options, like scaling and movement when appering and dying, but i guess just a plugin to scale battlers in idle state would be fine. it should have options like: amplitude/power modifier
