Hello All!  I'm relatively new to RPG Maker VX Ace and this would be my first post so hopefully this isn't a stupid question.....

I added the following scripts for side view battles:

Yami Engine Symphony - Battle Symphony
Version: 1.15 (2013.03.04)

Yami Engine Symphony - Add-on: Holder Battlers
Last Updated: 2013.02.01

I'm using characters from the High Fantasy Resource Packs.

I've managed to get everything working PERFECTLY, except for the guard command.   When used, my characters act as if they've been hit.

I've tried changing the settings in the area below.  Changes made below worked for Victory, Magic, ect. but no matter what i change the defend setting to nothing happens:

What am i missing?   Any help would be greatly appreciated!
