Summary

I tried to look around, but to not avail, and that's really confuses me, since all I wanted was making state, that changes 50/50 rate of 2-actor party to 70/30. In game it has weird percentage and multiplier to it, and I don't know how it really works, but I need to know exact formula and how exactly it changes, so I could make exact changes I want. I also tried to look into VisuMZ aggro system, but it has no formula either, and I got Eli Dynamic Parameters, which...

I also tried to look into VisuMZ aggro system, but it has no formula either, and I got Eli Dynamic Parameters, which allows to add flat number to TGR, but I have even less idea on how that would work. Does target rate even has flat value?
