I tried to look around, but to not avail, and that's really confuses me, since all I wanted was making state, that changes 50/50 rate of 2-actor party to 70/30. In game it has weird percentage and multiplier to it, and I don't know how it really works, but I need to know exact formula and how exactly it changes, so I could make exact changes I want.
