Summary
Ok, I don't understand what is going on. I wanted to do a simple test of a couple of things so I was going to be lazy and use a Sample Map from MZ (Market). On that Sample Map, there was 1 Event already (001) which is a door. I have tried everything I can think of to delete that event since I don't need it for my tests. But it just won't delete. On that Sample Map, there was 1 Event already (001) which is a door. I have tried everything I can think of to delete that event since I don't need it for my tests. But it just won't delete.
I searched for a thread about this and found something similar, but it didn't help. I know how to delete events and this one just isn't doing it.
Does anyone know if there is something special about the Sample Maps that make it so you can't delete the events that are built into the map?
That seems weird, but I can't deny that I can't delete this event. I deleted the graphic and the Name of the event, but I can't delete that actual event. Which just seems weird.
I can just leave it there for my testing, but now that I have seen this behavior, I am curious as to why this might be happening.
Any thoughts?
