Sup! So when I start a test game, this happens:
Not only my Mimosa Mouse Cursor crops out when it's very near this border, but also a "Access the Steam..." thing leaves some "Windows XP cards trail" on the border.
I tried to change the resolution, but the border was always there except the default resolution.
Looked the issue up: this might be a thing my driver does, and there was a point that, depending on a graphic driver, another "treatment" can be applied if a part or a whole window is completely empty, stretching that is. And I do NOT need this to happen.
