Summary
Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help out a newbie... I was working on building one map, and then used Galv's Layer Graphics (found here: http://galvs-scripts.com/galvs-layer-graphics/) to overlay shadows and light via three separate images I made in Photoshop. I was working on building one map, and then used Galv's Layer Graphics (found here: http://galvs-scripts.com/galvs-layer-graphics/) to overlay shadows and light via three separate images I made in Photoshop. I also was trying out Mog's Weather EX and had an event that called light particles to overlay the map. These were both working fabulously and without any issues under earlier today when I was trying out an animated background script from here: http://rmrk.net/index.php?topic=44635.0 . It didn't end up working, but the minute I playtested my game to try out an actual animation, the Galv and Mog effects weren't ingame. I deleted the new animated bg script, but even after that the effects never show up again. I've deleted and then re-added both scripts, and re-added both events, and checked to see if my custom graphics were there and correct, to no avail. I don't really know what happened or what's missing...
I've attached my project here! https://www.dropbox.com/s/ihizzcp3vvxy2qn/Practice.exe?dl=0
Thanks so much, I'll keep racking my brains over this
