Summary

Hello, I'm new to the forum as you can see. Been using VX Ace for two days now, not counting the trial. I downloaded Victor's Active Time Battle Engine and it worked by default but when I tried to change VE_ATB_REVERSE to true, it does not work. And also if ATB_WAIT_ACTION is on false, sometimes an enemy's icon will remain on screen even after the party wins. It's not a complete dealbreaker, I could do without these but I'd really like to know if there's a way to fix these....

Hello, I'm new to the forum as you can see. Been using VX Ace for two days now, not counting the trial. I downloaded Victor's Active Time Battle Engine and it worked by default but when I tried to change VE_ATB_REVERSE to true, it does not work. And also if ATB_WAIT_ACTION is on false, sometimes an enemy's icon will remain on screen even after the party wins. It's not a complete dealbreaker, I could do without these but I'd really like to know if there's a way to fix these. The atb reverse error comes up when I press anything in the action command, I get this "Script 'Victor ATB' line 1215: NoMethodError occured. undefined method "*" for nil:NilClass." And also VE_ATB_ESCAPE_TYPE gives an error if set to :key. When I press the keys to escape, get this error "Script 'Victor ATB' line 721: NoMethodError occured. undefined method 'active?' for #<Gam_Actor:0x635e750>"

Also something really trivial, I want the Action Command menu to be on the instead of the right, so that means I need to make the status menu smaller in width. However when I do that, if both TP and ATB gauge are enabled I get this little arrow on the battle status menu. How to remove it without disabling TP? Notice it on the right. And also, how can I move the characters' name's from left to right. I figured out how to move the gauges, but not the names.
