Summary

I'm having any issue with recruiting a new actor into my party. When I recruit a level 10 actor the actor still only has the level 1 stats for that class. I tried an event where the actor is demoted to level 1 and re-promoted to level 10 and that fixed the stats error, but I don't want to do that for every actor I recruit, so I was hoping there was something I had missed.
