Ok, I'm not too fantastic at math so learning how scripting works is...difficult for me. I'm getting better...but slowly... Anyway, on to the problem at hand. I've been trying to make a pause Menu background that's partially translucent. I thought it would be easy, to just make an image that is partially translucent...but no. The problem is that the part that I want to be translucent (so I can see the game beneath it) appears as a solid color. Even if I remove the translucency and make that part of...

Anyway, on to the problem at hand. I've been trying to make a pause Menu background that's partially translucent. I thought it would be easy, to just make an image that is partially translucent...but no. The problem is that the part that I want to be translucent (so I can see the game beneath it) appears as a solid color. Even if I remove the translucency and make that part of the .png image totally transparent, the game engine makes it black.

For reference, I'm using Evgenji's Custom Menu Background script.
