ok. this post was originally something else but i realized part of my problem was stupid, so i'm rephrasing it. i'm looking for a RMVXAce script that manages SEPARATE idle/walk/run animation sheets, since my player character uses the $ prefix. for clarification, the $ makes the entire width of the sheet read as a single character, so you can't have multiple characters on one sheet (like Galv's Character Animations requires) attatched below is a funny little screenshot of my whole front-facing sprite displaying at once cuz god hates me {...
